REVERSE FLOW

Description:

This smoker has the same dimensions as our traditional offset smoker. Inside the smoker, there are tuning plates that let the smoke make a “U-turn within the smoker. The takes some more time to heat up all the steel within the smoker but it will give you a consistent temperature throughout the cooking of your meat or fish. So let’s start smokin’!!
